Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Return Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with any item, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
2. Return Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet ALL of the following conditions:
- Unworn and Unwashed: The item must not have been worn, washed, or used in any way.
- Original Condition: The item must be in the exact same condition as received, with no damage, stains, odors, or signs of use.
- Original Packaging: All original packaging, boxes, and materials must be intact.
- All Tags Attached: The item must have ALL original tags and stickers attached, including size tags, authenticity holograms, brand stickers, and care instruction labels.
- No Alterations: The item must not have been altered, repaired, or modified in any way.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as "final sale" or "clearance"
- Items purchased during promotional periods (unless stated otherwise)
- Items missing original tags or packaging
- Damaged items (unless damage occurred during shipping)
- Custom or personalized items (if applicable)
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, follow these steps:
- Email us at contact@thefittedstash.co with your order number and reason for return
- Include clear photos of the item(s) showing the current condition and all tags
- We'll reply within 24 hours with return authorization and a prepaid shipping label
- Pack your item securely and drop it off at any USPS location
- Include your order number in the package
5. Damaged Items
If your items arrive damaged or defective, you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Please email detailed photos showing the damage from multiple angles to contact@thefittedstash.co. We will provide a prepaid return label and replace the item at no cost or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
6. Order Modifications & Cancellations
You can modify or cancel your order within 1 hour of purchase by emailing us immediately at contact@thefittedstash.co. After 1 hour, your order enters our fulfillment system and cannot be cancelled or modified. Contact us anyway and we'll do our best to assist.
7. Return Processing & Refunds
Once we receive your return:
- We inspect the item to verify it meets return requirements
- We send you email confirmation of receipt and inspection status
- If approved, your refund is processed to your original payment method
- Refunds take 5-7 business days to appear in your account
- Allow an additional 3-5 business days for your bank to post the credit
8. Return Shipping
We provide a prepaid USPS return label for all approved returns. You must use this label. If you use a different shipping method or pay for your own shipping, we cannot reimburse shipping costs.
9. Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange for a different size or color, email us instead of requesting a refund. If the new item costs more, you'll pay the price difference. If it costs less, we'll refund the difference.
10. Final Sale Items
Some items (clearance, final sale, limited editions) cannot be returned. These are clearly marked as "Final Sale" or "No Returns" on the product page. Purchasing these items means you accept them as-is.
