Order Support

Need to track your order? You can track your shipment using the tracking number in your confirmation email. Simply click the link or visit usps.com and enter your tracking number. If you don't have your tracking number, email us at contact@thefittedstash.co with your order number, and we'll provide it immediately.

Want to modify or cancel an order? Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. If your order has already entered our fulfillment system, contact us immediately at contact@thefittedstash.co and we'll do our best to help. We'll need your order number and specific modification details.

Have a damaged item? If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with detailed photos showing the damage from multiple angles. We'll replace the item at no cost, provide a prepaid return label, or issue a full refund—your choice. We take product damage seriously.

Package lost or delayed? All packages are insured and tracked via USPS. If your package doesn't arrive within 15 business days (or projected delivery date), contact us with your tracking number. We'll investigate with USPS and work with you to resolve the issue—either through replacement or refund.


Returns & Refunds

  • Photos of the item(s) if applicable (product photos, damage, condition)

30-Day Return Window: Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unworn condition with original packaging and tags. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt and inspection.

Common Issues & Solutions

I haven't received my tracking number
Check your spam folder for the tracking email. If you still haven't received it after 24 hours, email us with your order number and we'll send the tracking information directly.

The tracking number isn't working
Sometimes USPS takes 24-48 hours to scan packages into their tracking system. Wait a day and try again, or contact us for assistance.

I want to return an item but I've already wore it
We can't accept worn items for returns. However, if there's a quality issue, contact us with photos and we'll evaluate your specific situation.

My refund hasn't arrived yet
Refunds typically appear in your account 1-2 weeks after processing. If it's been more than 2 weeks, check with your bank first, then contact us if needed.
